Patrick took on the role of President and CEO of The Hiller Companies in June 2015. He joined Hiller in March 2014 as Chief Operating Officer, and prior to that time served in various senior management roles within companies focused on the maritime sector, based in New York. He holds an MBA from the University of San Francisco, as well as a Bachelors of Science in Marine Engineering and Marine Transportation from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York.

CLAUDE WARREN, CPA – CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
In August 2013, Claude joined The Hiller Companies as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining the Hiller team, he served as a partner at a private accounting firm. With over twenty years of experience in the accounting industry, Claude brings a unique outlook on the inner workings of financial accounting that has proven to be instrumental in the financial success of Hiller. A lifelong resident of Mobile, Alabama, Claude is a graduate of the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

JOHN COCKE – SENIOR VP - CORPORATE SALES & MARKETING
John is the Vice President of Corporate Sales and Marketing for The Hiller Companies. He has been in the fire protection business since 1971, when he started out at JACO. Hiller acquired JACO in 1981 and John has been part of the team ever since. Over the years, he has been instrumental in Hiller’s domestic and international growth. John is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Business.

CHARLIE MILLER

CHARLIE MILLER – REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT, COMMERCIAL EAST
Charlie joined The Hiller Companies in 2017 through the acquisition of American Fire Equipment Sales and Service Corp., in Phoenix, AZ, where he served as the Service Manager for ten years. In 2018, he took on the role of Regional Vice President, Commercial East. Prior to his tenure with American Fire Equipment, Charlie served over 21 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring as an Engineering Chief Warrant Officer. Charlie has a strong operational background in highly regulated vertical markets for all lines of fire protection.

ANGELA SMITH – DIRECTOR HUMAN RESOURCES
Angela joined The Hiller Companies in 1997 and is currently the Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Hiller, Angela worked as a claims adjuster with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1990 and is currently preparing for the Professional Human Resources exam. From 2009 to 2011, Angela served on the Staff Parish Relations Committee for Jubilee Shores United Methodist Church.

ROBERT HUNTER

ROBERT HUNTER – DIRECTOR LEGAL & COMPLIANCE
Robert joined The Hiller Companies in 2009 and has since served in various capacities. His first year was spent learning the ropes in field training with all of the Hiller divisions. Currently, Robert is the Export Compliance Leader and assists the executive officers as needed. His most recent assignment included the transition of the newly acquired Florida locations. A 2005 graduate of the University of Mississippi, Robert holds Bachelor Degrees in Banking and Finance as well as Real Estate. He then went on to complete his Doctorate of Juris Prudence in 2008 from Mississippi College School of Law and is now a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Mobile Bar Association.

JOE COSTANTINO – DIRECTOR OF SAFETY
Joe joined Hiller as the Corporate Director of Safety in 2019 after serving as a Safety, Health and Environmental Officer for the United States Air Force for 27 years. He has extensive leadership experience with a proven track record of improving performance. Joe is a Certified Industrial Hygienist by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and a Master’s of Science in Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Management from the University of Oklahoma.
